Costs and fees included in the APR calculation

    The products taken out from BBVA will be reviewed annually for the duration of the loan.

    The interest rate will be revised annually, based on the value of the index published in the Official State Gazette for the third month prior to the date on which the corresponding interest period begins. Similarly, the products you sign up for, as well as their compliance and maintenance, will be reviewed annually for the life of the loan to determine the differential according to the previous table.

    French repayment system: the same amount is paid every month, provided that the interest rate applicable to the loan does not vary during the settlement period, or that no early payments are made. The mortgage payment consists of the interest and the amortization of the principal on the loan. Since the amount payable is constant as long as the interest rate is unchanged, as the outstanding principal on the mortgage is paid back, the interest generated on this principal decreases. This means you pay more interest than capital during the first years of the mortgage and then more capital than interest in towards the end of the loan.

    m: number of annual payments.
