    To qualify for these rates, it is necessary, moreover, for you to be up-to-date with your payments and not have amounts outstanding with the Bank. Otherwise, the 4.00% NIR will be applied.

Expenses taken into account in the calculation of the APR

    • Appraisal fees: €280.72.
    • Loan Repayment Insurance from BBVA Insurance (will vary depending upon the applicant's age and specific personal circumstances). Total amount and period (single, unfinanced premium): €7,281.65.

    The products opened with BBVA will be reviewed half-yearly during the entire life of the loan.

    French repayment system: the same amount is paid every month, provided that the interest rate applicable to the loan does not vary during the settlement period, or that no early payments are made. The mortgage payment consists of the interest and the amortization of the principal on the loan. Since the amount payable is constant as long as the interest rate is unchanged, as the outstanding principal on the mortgage is paid back, the interest generated on this principal decreases. This means you pay more interest than capital during the first years of the mortgage and then more capital than interest in towards the end of the loan.
